Brain, Repair Yourself

Brain, Repair Yourself : Scientific American: "Although the skin, liver, heart, kidneys, lungs and blood can all generate new cells to replace damaged ones, at least to a limited extent, until recently scientists thought that such regenerative capacity did not extend to the central nervous system, which consists of the brain and spinal cord. "

If I subscribed to Scientific American, I'd be able to read all about how the brain can repair itself, according to new scientific studies.

As a result, I'll just have to continue feeling stupid, I guess. If I was smart, perhaps I'd subscribe to the magazine.

Or perhaps the article's teaser is just a subversive marketing ploy?

See how dumb I am? Dumb like a fox!
