Well, my New Year's Eve celebrations are about to begin.

I'm also putting out a new video this Monday on the Saddam Execution. Interesting stuff out there.

No energy.

I've got a lot to do today, but I've absolutely no energy. Some sort of cold, I've got. Eyes are red, body is sore, and lots of sinus congestion. I think I'm gonna go home and get back to sleep.

Draft = Slavery

A military draft is slavery.

Slavery was outlawed by the 13th Amendment.

It is ironic that a black Democrat, Charles Rangel, proposes this nonsense regardless of his logic. He will only be encouraging government intervention in the lives of supposedly "free" Americans, thus proving we are not free.

A draft is unnecessary in a justified act of self-defense.

Read more about it here.

Hey folks

I was working on a big long year-end wrap up post, and my wife called to say that the kitchen is being flooded by the dishwasher.

When ROBOTS REBEL! Beware of the MAtrix folks, I think this is their warning shot!

Ugh.

I'll be back later.

At the office today

I'm working on building a computer for my step-son.

I also added Day-By-Day webcomic to ModernOpinion. Czech it out!

Deuce!

Update: I also posted this video on my video website. It's hilarious, and it goes way beyond my Green Day/Pachabel vs. track ever did.

Happy Holidays to my friends, family, associates and loved ones.

For My Liberal Friends:
"Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, our best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. "

"We also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the of the generally accepted calendar year 2007, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere. And without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishes. "

"By accepting these greetings you are accepting these terms. This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for herself or himself or others, and is void where prohibited by law and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher."

For My Conservative Friends:
"Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year"

Seriously though... Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Prosperous New Year, y'all.  I hope this year was as good to you as it was to me.

Pseudo-Celebrity Ego-Searches

I've been toying with Google Analytics today a little bit. Excellent tool. You can drill down onto any specific stat you can imagine with that. Definitely recommended to anyone.

At any rate, the number of pseudo-celebrities who have been ego searching and popping up on Rizzn.com lately are interesting. I'll list them here and my connection to them.

Robin Kish: did an investigative report on me one time on CBS4 in Miami. It was completely incorrect, and they hacked the crap out of my interview to make me look like a moron. The video is somewhere here on the website. On the upside, she is quite attractive. I still have her business card around here somewhere... every once in a while I come across it and think back to that non-fact-finding, vapid, and attractive blonde reporter from CBS4. (see also: Robin Kish - factchecker extraordinare, CBS4)

Bill Redpath: I quoted a letter from him not long ago. He's the LP national committee chairman. Several hits with his general locale reporting back on the IP address have shown up lately. Hey guy! What's up!

Mara Buxbaum: This is Christopher Walken's publicist. I spoke with her last year regarding the rumors of whether or not Mr. Walken was running for President of the United States in 2008. As it turned out, he wasn't. Ms. Buxbaum was very cordial and pleasant to deal with over the phone. She's hit the site a number of times lately in a number of different ways, it appears, in an attempt to see what pagerank sites with her name on it get (many different ways of searching, some with her agency name on it and some without).

Suge Knight: Suge Knight is once again doing ego searches and people on the Death Row record label forums are linking to my website again. I can't tell you how nervous this makes me. This is all in regards to when I took photographs and video of the man the night he was shot/shot himself accidentally (police investigation inconclusive either way).

That's it for now. Talk atcha later.

FlyDLUX: E. Khashoggi/Simon Hodson update... Earthshell cracking financially.

This via Kelly Carson of The Examiner:

BALTIMORE - A Baltimore manufacturer is facing financial meltdown after it was unable to find additional funding on Friday.

EarthShell Corp., a publicly traded company on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol ERTH, said in a release that it would be unable to meet its payroll and other financial obligations after Friday because of the funding shortfall.

"The company has not been able to secure the resources to complete our mission at this time," company chairman and chief executive Vincent J. Truant said in a statement.

Data compiled by the financial research firm Morningstar shows that major shareholder Essam Khashoggi and E. Khashoggi Industries LLC began dumping blocks of shares in the company last month. Shareholder Lavla Khashoggi also sold blocks of EarthShell stock throughout November.

Essam Khashoggi, who is chairman of E. Khashoggi Industries LLC, resigned as chairman of EarthShell's board of directors in July 2005. He held the position since the company was founded in November 1992.

The shareholders sold a combined portfolio of more than 65,000 shares at prices ranging from $1.55 per share to $1.33 per share. Late Friday, shares of EarthShell were trading on the OTCBB at 29 cents per share. Its 52-week high was $2.30 per share and its 52-week low was 23 cents per share.

Calls to Truant, chief financial officer D. Scott Houston and company spokeswoman Cindy Eikenberg were not returned.

EarthShell manufactures and markets paper products for the food-packaging industry. At the beginning of the year, the company had six employees.

In its reports to the Securities Exchange Commission, EarthShell said it is involved in litigation involving two equipment vendors seeking to collect about $600,000 for manufacturing equipment for the company's facility in Goettingen, Germany.

The company also reported to the SEC this year that it has suffered "significant losses since inception, has minimal revenues and has a working capital deficit of $11,458,467" at the end of last year.

Another one of Simon Hodson's shell games coming to a close. What will that kooky millionaire do next?

Hackers Declaring Cyberwar on Facebook and Myspace

I've been seeing this headline pop up all over the place the last few days: Hackers Declaring War On MySpace, Facebook? My question is: who are these hackers? Is there a central organisation of hackers that have decided to declare this war? Should Facebook and MySpace fight back? The best defense, after all, is a good offense.
(SC Magazine) “If the hackers know you have a particular interest, this can be used to target you in a phishing attack. They know what you’re into and can exploit this to obtain more information from you such as credit card details,” he said. “People are putting far too much information online and into the hands of identity thieves. Young people in particular, need to be very careful as it may come back to haunt them.”
Those of us with an above average IQ know the vulnerability MySpace, Facebook, and other social networking sites present to our identity. Still, all this hubub begs the question: where are these hackers?

Furthermore, should I join up? I've been a hacker for years, and there's apparently some money in harvesting this information. Do these hackers have an HR department I can apply to?

It's simply ridiculous to use terms like CyberWar and hackers when it comes to stories like this, but still the media persists.

And so I say ...

... again for the 800th time: "I frigging hate php with a passion!"

I'm working on this nested array thing for a new project I'm working on, and I'm pulling my hair out.

If anyone has any tips or neat PHP functions for reading out of nested unserialized arrays, let me know.

What Happened to the WWII Type of Movie Stars

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE WW II TYPE OF MOVIE STARS

Hope you find this as informative as I did. In contrast to the ideals, opinions and feelings of today's "Hollywonk" the real actors of yester-year loved the United States. They had both class and integrity. With the advent of World War II many of our actors went to fight rather than stand and rant against this country we all love.

They gave up their wealth, position and fame to become service men & women, many as simple "enlisted men".

This page lists but a few, but from this group of only 18 men came over 70 medals in honor of their valor, spanning from Bronze Stars, Silver Stars, Distinguish Service Cross', Purple Hearts and one Congressional Medal of Honor.

So remember; while the "Entertainers of 2006" have been in all of the news media lately I would like to remind the people of what the entertainers of 1943 were doing, (63 years ago).

Most of these brave men have since passed on.

"Real Hollywood Heroes"

Alec Guinness (Star Wars) operated
a British Royal Navy landing craft on D-Day.

James Doohan ("Scotty" on Star Trek)
landed in Normandy with the U. S. Army on D-Day.

Donald Pleasance (The Great Escape) really was an R. A. F.
pilot who was shot down, held prisoner and tortured by the Germans.

David Niven was a Sandhurst graduate and
Lt. Colonel of the British Commandos in Normandy.

James Stewart Entered the Army Air Force
as a private and worked his way to the rank of Colonel.
During World War II, Stewart served as a bomber
pilot, his service record crediting him with leading
more than 20 missions over Germany, and
taking part in hundreds of air strikes during his tour of duty.
Stewart earned the Air Medal, the Distinguished Flying
Cross, France's Croix de Guerre, and 7 Battle Stars during World War II.
In peace time, Stewart continued to be an active
member of the Air Force as a reservist, reaching
the rank of Brigadier General before retiring in the late 1950s.

Clark Gable (Mega-Movie Star when war broke out)
Although he was beyond the draft age at the time the
U.S entered WW II, Clark Gable enlisted as
a private in the AAF on Aug. 12, 1942 at Los Angeles.
He attended the Officers' Candidate School at
Miami Beach, Fla. and graduated as a second lieutenant on Oct 28, 1942.
He then attended aerial gunnery school and in Feb. 1943
he was assigned to the 351st Bomb Group at Polebrook
where flew operational missions over Europe in B-17s.
Capt. Gable returned to the U.S. in Oct. 1943 and was relieved
from active duty as a major on Jun. 12, 1944 at his
own request, since he was over-age for combat.

Charlton Heston was an Army
Air Corps Sergeant in Kodiak.

Ernest Borgnine was a U. S.
Navy Gunners Mate 1935-1945.

Charles Durning was a U. S.
Army Ranger at Normandy
earning a Silver Star and
awarded the Purple Heart.

Charles Bronson was a tail gunner
in the Army Air Corps, more
specifically on B-29's in the 20th
Air Force out of Guam, Tinian, and Saipan

George C. Scott was
a decorated U. S. Marine.

Eddie Albert (Green Acres TV)
was awarded a Bronze
Star for his heroic action
as a U. S. Naval officer aiding
Marines at the horrific battle on the
island of Tarawa in the Pacific Nov. 1943.

Brian Keith served as a
U.S. Marine rear gunner in
several actions against the
Japanese on Rabal in the Pacific.

Lee Marvin was a U.S Marine
on Saipan during the
Marianas campaign when he was
wounded earning the Purple Heart.

John Russell: In 1942, he
enlisted in the Marine Corps
where he received a battlefield
commission and was wounded and
highly decorated for valor at Guadalcanal.

Robert Ryan was a U. S. Marine
who served with the O. S. S. in Yugoslavia.

Tyrone Power (an established
movie star when Pearl Harbor
was bombed) joined the
U.S. Marines, was a pilot
flying supplies into, and wounded
Marines out of, Iwo Jima and Okinawa.

Audie Murphy, little 5'5" tall 110 pound
guy from Texas who played cowboy parts
:

Most Decorated serviceman of WWII and earned: Medal of Honor, Distinguished Service Cross, 2 Silver Star Medals, Legion of Merit, 2 Bronze Star Medals with "V", 2 Purple Hearts, U.S. Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, 2 Distinguished Unit Emblems, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with One Silver Star, Four Bronze Service Stars (representing nine campaigns) and one Bronze Arrowhead (representing assault landing at Sicily and Southern France) World War II Victory Medal Army of Occupation Medal with Germany Clasp, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Marksman Badge with Rifle Bar, Expert Badge with Bayonet Bar, French Fourragere in Colors of the Croix de Guerre, French Legion of Honor, Grade of Chevalier, French Croix de Guerre With Silver Star, French Croix de Guerre with Palm, Medal of Liberated France, Belgian Croix de Guerre 1940 Palm.

So how do you feel the real heroes of the silver screen acted when
compared to the hollywonks today who spray out anti-American drivel as they bite the hand that feeds them? Can you imagine these stars of yester-year saying they hate our flag, making anti-war speeches, marching in anti-American parades and saying they hate our president?

I thought not, ...... neither did I!
